How to use this information
Use this information to:
- See whether any past heat or frost events align with other events at the property, such as changes to productivity or vegetation density
- See whether the property is particularly prone to extreme heat or frost outside normal conditions for the area
- See if extreme weather events have been happening more or less in recent years
Components
- Chart showing:
- Monthly average temperature for the current year to date
- Monthly average temperature for the previous year to date
- Monthly average temperature for the average of the last 50 years
- Monthly 25th to 75th percentile temperature range for the average of the last 50 years
- Chart showing the number of days over 30°C per year from the last 20 years. The days are grouped by season
- Chart showing the number of frost days per year from the last 20 years. The days are grouped by season
- Chart showing:
- The number of days over 30°C per month for the current year to date
- The number of days over 30°C per month for the previous year to date
- The number of days over 30°C per month for the average of the last 50 years
- The 25th to 75th percentile number of days over 30°C per month for the average of the last 50 years

Useful to know
A ‘frost day’ is a day where the minimum temperate is zero degrees celsius or less.
